Do you want to play a key role in managing the economic success of DSwiss? Are you a fast learner and willing to dive deep into the specifics of a SaaS business? Then you've come to the right place. We are looking for a Senior Manager Finance to start immediately or as soon as available.

Senior Manager Finance

As a Senior Manager Finance, you will combine financial expertise with a commercial mindset to enable value-added decision making across the organisation, with a focus on senior leadership. As a business partner to key individuals, you will support decisions with valuable analysis, insight and reporting to help drive continuous performance improvement. In addition, the role ensures that DSwiss' financial activities are conducted efficiently, accurately and in accordance with regulatory requirements and corporate policies.

Your responsibilities

• Act as an enabler and sparring partner in the decision making process of the senior leadership team 
• Lead regular financial planning (budgets, forecasts) and analysis activities
• Oversee all financial reporting activities, including management reports and statutory accounts
• Continue to develop DSwiss’ finance organization into a modern, future-orientated service department tailored to scaling the SaaS business
• Lead optimisation projects to continuously improve finance processes to enable the organization to scale with revenue
• Coordinate with stakeholders across the business to provide visibility of company’s financial performance and KPIs
• Provide business cases to senior leadership team based on your diligent analysis of financial information
• Design financial models and perform scenario analysis
• Collaborate  with all stakeholders to develop forecasts and budgets in line with business objectives
• Continue to improve the monthly reporting package to become an industry standard SaaS business report

• Solid knowledge of financial and accounting principles
• Attention to detail as well as ability to seeing the bigger picture
• English is a must, fluency in German desirable
