Hiring process
Getting to know you
Your application will be reviewed by our People team. We will inform you promptly about the next steps. If your profile matches the position, you will receive an invitation to an initial phone screening call.
1st interview
During the first interview, we will explain further details about the position and find out together whether your profile matches the position and vice versa. This will take place online through a video call.
2nd interview
If the online interview is positive for all parties, a second interview will be arranged. Depending on the job location this may be in person or another video call. It takes place in a pleasant and uncomplicated atmosphere and aims to find out more about you, your experience and your skills.
Skill assessment
Depending on the function, in-depth discussions with case studies and/or taster days can be arranged.
Reference and diploma check
As a last formality we ask for a copy of your diploma as well as two references.
Offer
If all goes well, we will make you an offer to join the DSwiss team.
